• No tutor available: if we cannot find someone suitable for your request within a reasonable time, you get a full refund.
• Missed deadline: if we do not deliver by the agreed deadline and no extension was arranged first, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

2. Quality concerns

If something is not up to standard, here is the order of events:

• Request a revision first. These are free and usually fix the issue quickly.
• If it still does not follow your original instructions, our quality team reviews the case.
• Where the work falls short, a partial or full refund is issued based on how significant the problem is.

3. When refunds do not apply

• Change of mind: if you decide you no longer need the service after work has already started.
• Missing instructions: if the issue came from information you did not provide at the start.
• Grade disputes: we stand behind the quality of our guidance, but no one can control how a third party grades subjective work. We cannot guarantee a specific letter grade.

4. How long refunds take

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider.
